Visibility and control All of our major accounts enjoy a high level of control, with a Key Account Manager responsible for working to improve systems and procedures and providing customised reports. We measure all waste and recycling performance against targets in a format suited to our customers' needs. The National Operations Centre is supported by a team of experienced field- based Project Managers who are experts in designing and implementing waste management systems that promote recycling and waste minimisation. Our Project Managers oversee the whole process, from initial waste audits through to the design, implementation and delivery of the service. Following a complete audit of your sites and agreement of the new waste control system, we will then oversee and manage a seamless transition to the new arrangements.
